Clinical Coverage
HealthDrive’s network of skilled providers include dentists, optometrists, podiatrists, audiologists, therapists, and more, so you don’t have to spend time searching for specialists to serve your residents. And since the providers we hire are chosen by Practice Directors who are leaders in their field, you can rest assured that we are providing the best quality care.
Operational Support
Each of our facility partners works with a dedicated Account Manager who works to support your facility. In addition, our administrative support staff handles full-cycle billing and scheduling appointments with our providers. We process claims for Medicare, Medicaid, and many other third-party programs. Our team also provides all operational and billing services needed for our routine services at no charge to your facility.
Documentation and Reporting
We maintain proprietary electronic medical records, ensuring comprehensive legal documentation for your facility. After each appointment, our providers also create a Visit Summary highlighting their recommendations for resident care. Our Census Audit report helps you easily manage patient reporting and reconciliation, and we generate Quarterly Service Reports for each of our facilities to share during Quality Assurance meetings.
